“Chef [Wes] was an awesome experience. We had him for a brunch and a 6 course plated dinner. The food was great, presentation skills on point, but what elevated the experience for me was that he was even a greater individual! Super nice guy! Lives what he does as far as cooking for others. By the end of the night I felt like he was a member of the family. Just a GREAT dude and I wish him the best in pursuing his dreams!
